Sleeping Sperm

As you grew older, you talk about sex like it was some kind of food. A very common topic. So I used to think that hey, by 20th yo, you would already knew all there is to know about this sport. Yeah, it seems fun, risky, but hey it’s necessary for human race. Without it, we’ll perish. It hurts my heart however to see both news about children who are ruined by sex forcefully or those who does sex willingly. Yeah, it’s fun, it feels great. Wait, actually, I have no idea. I am a moslem who hasn’t married yet so I have no idea if it would feel great. But pardon my curiosity I have too much information!

One day, I was on the internet, mother of knowledge. I happened to stumble across a very stupid post where a girl said something like: “I only have sex at night because the sperm would be sleeping. So, I won’t get pregnant and will stay a virgin”, plus hash tags #smart. I was like, is this real? I mean this kind of girl is real? WHO THE HELL HAVE SEX AND DO NOT KNOW THAT NO SPERM IS SLEEPING AND WITHOUT PROPER PROTECTION THERE COMES A BABY?

Sky’s Hole

When I was small, I was a smart idiot. I know that earth are round and all but I used to think that we lived in the core of the earth. In my mind, the sky is the outer part of the earth and you know, solid. So every time I gaze at the sky – which happened a lot – I used to think about where on earth is the sky’s hole? I mean, how does a spaceship get out of the earth? Does it went through the sky hole or something? Amazing! How does this hole look like? Black and dark? And then I was utterly shocked to find out that a solid sky doesn’t exist. The world have toyed with me! Who the hell would know that sky is just visual? This is how I have a trust issue. Actually, nah.. I have always have a trust issue. It’s genetic. *go back to sleep*

I believe in love at the first sight because ‘miracle’ is the definition on love. Just like the greatest gift, I comes without warning. Should I find reasons just by finding love on my first sight?

-English Translation

My bestie and I love to talk about stuff, random stuff. We could chat about technology and then move to foods or about trends. The perks of having someone who knows you best is that you don’t have to hold back. No need to think about images or being cool. How cool is that?

To tell you the truth, those quoted mushy words above is mine. Well, Duh No! Why would I believe in love at the first sight? It’s something we made up for a contest. The question was: “Do you believe in love at first sight? Tell us your reason ♥”. Cincah and I was having quite a hard time to make a desirable answer. I don’t really care since the prize was just a novel and I don’t really like the genre of that novel. Cincah on the other hand, seems to aim for the prize (thanks captain obvious, of course she is!). So we debated (?) for a while about what kind of answer we should give.

At first, I told cincah that I might not help much since this theme is not a likable topic for me. All readers might have known by now that we are both dark and twisted. Why would we believe in such fairytale? Dude.. Given the case, cincah gave up trying to give a remarkable sweet answer of why she chose to believe it. Why not be the winner who dare to say that she doesn’t believe in it? That’s when I said: “you sure you could win that way? well, this is not about being rational, it’s about being emotional and sweet and wow! haha”. Thanks to that, we got confused again. How the hell do we make a sweet line saying we agreed on something when we basically against it??

No worries peeps, we both are expert of blending with people (?) so this shouldn’t be so hard right? So after a very long chat we came up with a great line. This is when I have to work, make it sweet, make it romantic. Oh, you don’t know yet? I am good in making poetry. Once in the blue moon (well, actually most of the time) I just came out with a sweet word and I don’t even realize it. Haha, yeay me? Well since I got the basic line, making it mushy is not that hard actually. Those quoted words is what we end up submitting (of course the original version – Indonesian – sounds much romantic given I’m not that good in translating them into English). Quite a lot of people also join this contest and I thought our works was marvelous so I just conclude that we will win.

Unfortunately, we didn’t see the sign that our work are being praised or something alike so we got depressed for a while. Bu seeing the other works, it should be no competition. So why? I end up forget about the contest when suddenly a chat from cincah comes to my phone:CINCAAH I WIN!!

Hah! So we did win. Well done us! bahaha. From now on, thou shall call me Queen of Romance (what the hell, fitri??). Anyway it feels like a foul for us to win when we didn’t even mean a single word that we write. But it’s a win! Who cares about other silly stuff. I think cincah will write a post about this when she recieve the prize and when she did, I’ll post the link to that post here. So, stay tune peeps!

This is the link that I’ve promised:
Putridejour: Love at The First Sight.

That’s for now.
Sweet dream 🙂

Carocok Beach, Painan – West Sumatera

image from:

It’s been such a long time since my last time visiting beach. If you are not Indonesian, or if you are but not familiar with West Sumatera, I’d like to inform you that West Sumatera is a good destination for Vacation. To those who want to see the green scenery, historical places, the is a city Called Bukittinggi with its Landmark: Jam Gadang. To those who want to play with by the coast, get some color on your skin and and of course to have some fun, you can come to Padang.

Well, there are more than just Padang and Bukittinggi in West Sumatera of course. As you can see at the picture above, there is this jewel called Carocok Beach in Painan. It’s 6 hours from Bukittinggi or 2 hours from Padang, of course if there are no traffic. The journey was exhausting but believe me it was worth it.

These are the only pic I manage to take though:

pink? mix it!

I got a tshirt, a dark pink colored veil, a hijab mixed purple and pink colored and a skirt that I never wear before. So here’s the thing, I’m bored. Know where this is heading to? Dress-up games! here it is, enjoy!

about this blog

I’ll make it short.
This is an old blog that I’ve made since like 2008 or 2009. But, I keep on writing and deleting its post since I can’t find where would I bring this blog to. Don’t worry though, I’ll stop doing that now. Why? because I’ve rinally decide what would I do with this old friend of mine 🙂

One of my best trait is that I always find people beautiful, good looking. When I look around I’ll amaze myself of how beautiful I accidentally take their pic or things that they left behind. So I finally decide to choose photography as my new hobby.

It’s expensive? I wont use a great DSLR though. I’ll use my phone camera and my old digital camera. I’ll take many pic before finally get a hang of how to show my object’s beautiful side.

So, this is my first attempt and the only one that looks good. It’s nothing compare to those of proffesional, but I’m improving (and that’s all matters to me)

A picture of thread that my sista left on the floor after playing with it:
